These all are speculations, no one has the clue about launching price.
Price will be known only when officially announced by DHA.

I had paid token money to a dealer when the file rate was below 34 and the dealer still has not got me the file. About two weeks now. Are affidavit files from DHA MULTAN blocked currently?
He is an authorized dealer of DHA
@Ali Shahid he is making you fool ... Get your money back and contact some other agent ..

Please be wary of analyst who have nothing else to discuss other than work, it actually sums up their intent… I wonder where these analyst vanish while market is down. I am only cautioning general investors to be cautious because the dha files have seen fluctuation from 48 to 27 and in between. The dubious role of dha Multan administration can not be excluded enough though. They have been announcing various timeline for launch in the past one year(please refer their fb page comments). The investors are advised to do their work instead listen to people who discuss “work” and dont actually analyse.And for the record, also can be seen in my earlier posts I have bought five files at 28 lax in january this year. Hence i am not mourning as if i have missed the train.But i have known many who bought at high prices thinking it will never go down and mourning since last three years.
Why I think,it is one of best investment. Pls read my slightly old post.
1.It is a Dha Project which is directly under Dha Lahore.
2.Multan Dha management is excellent and even core commander is
doing visit to the site regularly to see the progress. Two main gates and
one kilometer main boulevard are near completion
3.They acquired full land for the project.
4.They made many contracts with renowned companies to build
villas, golf course and other amenities.
5.It is the 1st phase and they want to make it a great success ,by this way only they can go to the other phases.
6.The most important factor is location. This is one of the best location of Multan.
It is hub of educational centers. Many universities and schools are around it.People are sending their children to this place from the other part of city.
7.Rates of the societies around it, are nearly at least 4-8 lac per marla.
Even newly launched schemes are at least 4 lac per Marla.
8.It is surrounded by well renowned societies like Wapda Down,Model Town,Buch Villa and many many more are there and coming also.
9.Metro project near this, is abt to finish.khachary of Multan is shifted on the back of it.
I think that now project ll launch in one to two months. So I feel this is the best time
For investment. If anyone can hold it till 3-5 years can get profit between 100 % to 150%.
But it is good for short term also.
@ Ali Shahid, If your dealer is DHA approved, then try to find out what is the actual situation of your file. If your dealer is honest then we will send you the pics of affidavit file with your name written on it.
If you have paid token to your dealer and he is not giving you a file then you must launch complain against him in DHA Multan office. Approved dealers can never do that and one of the dealers told me if such things happen DHA black lists their name.
Sometimes files take more than usual for clearance as DHA/Inspector check/visit actual land and formalities need to be completed. Be hopeful, give tough time to your dealer and call DHA toll free no., if you are not in Multan, Best of Luck.

I am based in Lahore and the dealer is in Multan, a very recognized one. Its been over two weeks since I paid him token money via online transfer.
In this time, the file has risen about 5 lac. I called the dealer yesterday and he said that DHA has currently blocked affidavit files and that I would get one as soon as they release more files.
I will follow your advice and launch a complaint against him in DHA MULTAN Office even if that means going to Multan.

My dealer to whom I have paid token money more than 3 weeks ago also saying DHA multan has stopped transfers for the time being. Is is true??
@MAQ DHA Multan didn’t freeze transfers. Actually thing is that files are not available in the market for sale due to hyper increase in it’s price so i believe that only those persons will sell their files who needs money at urgent or those who are fool (sorry for this). I am an authorized DHA Multan dealer and don’t have files left today, so i have quit booking until i don’t have files in my hand.

@MAQ DHA Multan is still a sound and for sure solid investment. It is going to cross 4-Million soon and i don’t see it to come down below this bench mark ever in near or far future. I know it’s not justified for those who are not physically involve in the local market of Multan City.

I want to know what is the difference between allocation file or any other file. One dealer told me that give 3 lakh as down and will start process of intimation letter which may take several days. When you buy a file and pay down-payment or full payment. What documents dealer must give you? I feel like there is lot of fraudulent stuff going on.
