@CMY what are the transfer charges of allocation file?

@CMY sb, Transfer charges of allocation are 140,000 and for affidavit 56000 .Then why difference of rate is 2 lacs.It should b near 85000.

People scared of getting into tax net and avoid CVT Stamp duty that is reported to FBR.

Also few land owners and investors can manipulate prices at will for affidavit buy not selling them for few days to hike prices few lacs any time or day but they forgot allocation owners files are with 1000s owners people that bought them at 28 to 30 lacs so these allocation holders can't be controlled by any one from locking in decent gains to buy these land owners affidavit files again at lower prices :)

Why affidavit is costly thn in allocated ,in prism long ago allocated was costly thn affidavit .

Can some one please clarify one thing. If installment file is launched at lets say 60, will it be including development charges or this price is without development charges?

Development charges are separate but 60 in my opinion is too optimistic figure. It should be 50-55.

Project ll launch on 62.50 and development charges ll b 17.50.So in the end total plot ll b at 80.

All close dealers to Dha Multan is coating this rate.And it looks true also cus no scheme currently is launched in this area under 80.

I think market rate will impact launch price of installment files. So probably there is no price decided for it yet.

So far price has stabilized at around 40.

Let the installments files come into market, phir mujhay ap all dues clear file sale ker k dikhaayain in the market.... All dues clear will be long term investment then which will gain value with on ground development.
