The location and even the time frame for completion of Instalment files will be inferior to allocation files. That is standard practice in DHA. Instalment investors are treated as step children, and fully paid investors are the blue-eyed kids of the family.

When is launch expected now? I think prices will increase on launch. Depending on number of instalment files in DHA Multan, eventually there will be some 2-3 lakhs “ON” game in instalment files, but the paid files will be the big gainers inshaAllah. As I said, the location and even the time frame for paid files will be superior to instalment files.
If a person is buying file on installments then he is paying extra. If one has ready cash, why ll he buy Installment file on higher price ? I agree with Mr. Khan that immediately after launch it will be difficult to sell cash files but situation will improve with time and after full payment there will be no difference. I think DHA wants to bring the price to 45, as soon as it happens they will launch it.

Lump sum plots will be better located such as nearer to main entrance on Bosan Road and will be developed before the instalment plots. Even after full payment, they will not be equal because the location of lump-sum plots will be nearer to the front end.

What I understand, he want to say that cash files ll b balloted fist.
Not only will they be balloted first but they will also be located physically in a better location on the map. But what matters is not when they will be balloted but when they will be delivered and where. On both when and where, lump sum will be at an advantage.
Aisa kuch nhe hota bhai. Dont misguide people. Balloting will be at the same time. Locations will be random. In Phase-1 both wil be dvlped at same time.
Does any body know when DHA usually hold balloting ? I mean as soon as the map is ready or land acquired or any other bench mark ?

There cannot be two separate ballots.
I also believe locations will be random between allocation and installment files, otherwise it will go against goodwill of DHA in the general public to reserve main central areas for allocation files.
