Dha phase 2 sector K or L ? Which is better for 1 kanal… Also kindly advice for solely investment purpose, a 1 kanal sector K is a better buy or a 10 marla sec L is a better buy ?
I clarify again, comparison is solely between sec K and L. Does sec L has filling? and in my opinion sec K is near river so it should be less in value. Kindly advice and oblige

Sector K & L, rates depend solely on the height and location of plot.
Both have very good ideal plots more or less at same rates.
Closer to river are expensive, not cheap.
K has more filling plots than L

Yes they are cheaper but the more funny thing is they are called “river view” plots. Well looks more like a nallah
K is better then L, but investment wise i would recommend Sector M…which has more options and still affordable prices compared to K…, N 10 still is not possession…
River view mean actually malls view with lot of bugs.thats y cheap.

So in short K is better or L ? and areas near river have more chance of being damaged in floods and rains etc… And also i assume K has more filling areas… Btw how to know that a specific area in that locality is of filling or not ? any general rule of thumb in this regard so that one can have a better pic in hand when dealing with sellers/dealers etc
Landsliding happens more at areas near river… Like sec K to be precise so it has gotta be cheaper or lesser in demand no matter they name it river view or heavens view
