Can you kindly give your views on dha phase 6e block commerical for 2-3 years investment optins on plots and file for both 4 and 8 marla. I hold a 8 marla plot there. Should i hold it for 2-3 years or sell? Thank you.

Dha phase 6 E block commercial is not a good investment at this time due to price and potential stronger gains possible in Prism or Ivy Green DHA7 or Parkview commercials etc. There is a strong rumor Dha phase 6 E block entire commercial or current prime plots location will be changed due to new Badian road underpass (on a wide road) linking DHA6 to DHA9 ext and DHA 9 Prism R block.
