Give views about DHA phase 9, 5 Marla file … When balloting will done, it’s future, at 20.50 file how much still have to pay to DHA??? Syed, sheikh, Zain???

DHA phase-9 5-Marla file is not bad even at 20-lacs. You have to pay approximately 3.5 lacs as development charges in installments after balloting. DHA Phase-9 looks quite promising. The current price of already balotted blocks (5-Marla plot around 40-lacs). Nobody can give u exact date of balloting, market is full of rumours. We have been hearing rumours about balloting very soon, next week, next month, around the corner etc from last many months but nothing has happened as yet.

Tell me all steps for buying file , today according to lahore real estate price is 20.25 lac … First of all i will get affidavit in which seller and buyers mentioned . Than what are next steps , is any file that is with afidavit and also have alocated file … All steps any one elaborate including payment steps and getting ownership ??
