DHA Phase VI (Ex-Phase II ext) Sector A litigation

According to DHA, it’s Phase 6 (previously Ph. II-Ext) Sector A is under litigation. Yet they allocated plots in A and now offering to replace those with Sector B and C provided owners give written consent. Last date of consent submission is 30th June. Those who will not concur will have to wait indefinitely for litigation result. Many overseas owners did not receive the letters and now panicking.

Does any informed member know the ground situation. Are sectors B and C clear from litigation and better than or equivalent to A. Is it recommended to go for replacement?

DHA-6, only sector A is " relatively more clear", B & C not advisable to invest as almost no development…
Even in A developed plots are hardly one thousand…
Entire dha-6 has litigations on street level.
Good thing is that GHQ now addressing the litigation matters.
B & C not advisable to invest and if one does then there is longer wait.
DHA valley has at least one access from kalar Sydan double road but dha-6 totally dependent on DHA expressway which is still under litigation on several patches.

Ok, so it means that DHA is lying to their teeth. They are tricking people to quit A and get stuck in B and C. So that they can give these released plots of Sector A to their buddies.

Is this looting under day light or what. First, those poor investors of Phase II-Ext remained stuck for 15 years. Then finally in 2019 some got plot numbers alloted in Sector A. And now DHA is bluffing them to quit their possession.

On Zameen, prices for sector A plots range from 1.0 to 1.25 crore. Is this right?

Yes sector A price is right & sector sector B transactions are being done around 72 Lacs per Kanal but now people are exiting from B & C as they waited very long in these sectors…they bought decade before at 25 or so Lacs.
Now a days there is tremendous pressure from valley affectees to get their plots either transferred or handed over to them & a serving General is deputed for this…meetings are going on but still no clear way out been defined…
Villigers are getting now good prices but it seems to me a political component has been ingressed in to this protest, too.
DHA expressway if gets cleared, phase-6/7 are best investments and return will be immudiate.
DHA has acquired more land in 1000s of kanals but expressway still not fully acquired.
Riskey investment in phase-6 but may turn out lucrative if expressway gets OK.
Better visit the kacha rasta & see onground. We drove deep but then was difficult to drive due to the mud.
DHA doing now childish stuff by involving MR to get expressway & people hate MR…there was firing happened also. Plot is thickened but as I said GHQ is serious to solve this decade old problem.
