Can some brothers please guide me on below,
1) dha town 9 file 5 marla = 44.25 lacs + its development charges = 9 lacs + uncertain location + unknown possession time
Vs
Average to good possession plot in dha town 9 = 55 lacs
Am i missing something in above, or files have gone expensive or possession plots have some issue, please elaborate.
2) i bought 1 5 marla possession plot in dha town 9 around 1.5 years back, i need some money and considering to sell it. Apart from commission, what taxes and other charges will be applicable on me as a seller.
