The prices of 8 marla plots are starting from 650,000 and going as up as 10,00,000 depending upon the location. To have better idea of the prices, you can also get help from the selling section of zameen.
I have applied the search for your convenience and gathered the following results.
At the moment dha valley plots are going in loss because plot holders paid the same amount in installments up to now. But it will definitely rise because the location is quite reasonable. It touches dha 2 extension. If you can wait a few years, it will give you very good return inshaallah.
How can i reach the selling section of zameen and can you tell me one more thing is this price by the estate agent or by others byers.
Some peoples selling dha/bahria plots in less than they paid. Is this safe to buy property there.
How close is dha valley to bahria town? Also what makes dha valley unique? What are its selling points…Its way too far from the airport so what makes you think the price will rise a couple of years? Im interested in dha valley, whats attracted me is the cheap price, so do these come fully developed?
Dha valley is next to dha phase ii (extension).
The plus point is that it is located in such a way that it will be part of dha islamabad and it is a beautiful location near rawat industrial estate.
It is not yet developed but the main road has been made. Dha is not asking for last payment installment because if everything is paid up, the plot holders will ask for immediate possession. So the project is at an uncertain stage but hopefully there will be some movement. Some of my relatives who booked plots are saying they are expecting some movement later this year.
Thank you pk1, why have they dropped in value, is it because development has stopped? Everyone is saying these plots should have been fully developed a year ago? Hence the reason for cheap price?
How much loss is in going in? I have two plots one in dha valley lily block and one in overseas block, i heard they are handing over overseas block soon. Thanks

Regarding dha valley we have two options
A) e.G. I have two plots and i have invested say around 25 lacks, and i can wait five years
B) i can take the loss now, and say sell at 5 lack loss and get today 20 lack and invest the 20 lack else where
The question is what are the chances say in five years dha valley (under option a) will see a rise? If yes how much rise
Under option b) if i invest else where for five years, and say i can converst 20 lack to 30 or 35 lacks?
If we see that dha valley goes up 50 % or more in next year years it makes sens to hold otherwise better to sell off and invest else where.
