I had read that dha valley was planned to be built on the area reserved by punjab government for dadocha dam. Given this, is it safe to invest in it?
Also, is there any solid possibility of posession any time soon? Based on information online, these plots should've been handed over last year and i believe this is not the case still.
Possession of plots will take some time, may be an year or so in some blocks... However, the possession of DHA Homes is expected in this years, which are located in Lilly and Oleander Blocks. Handover of possession of DHA Homes will definitely have positive effect over the prices of plots in Valley. Oleander is safe from the DAM problem. Speed of work over the last 6 to 8 months is exceptional.

Its too early to thing about the filling... Looking at the terrain in whole valley is very uneven... So, yes it will have some ares of filling.... At the moment people are looking at the valley as investment option, the plots area. The homes could be considered for living in the short term.
