Downfall of Bahria, Why?

Every body who wants to sell theirs plost, please to advised to hold it, you will not get this oppertunity again. Let me tell you one thing, none will effect in case Malik Riaz gone or punished by Govt. All has been transfered to his son and have you any one listen any thing from his son. NEVER because he is now the chief exective.

Nothing will happen, every body remain calm and cool.

Genuine plot holders who purchased for making own house can decide to hold it because they know nothing bad will happen inshaAllah but how can you convince new buyers to come here?

But there is one issue here the land is in the name of Malik Riaz! I mean all of the Bahria Town. So all Malik Riaz property is taken over by the courts God knows what will happen. I am hoping that for the already developed sectors there will not be much issues.

That's why he is playing belligerently and boldly. He knows well. Since twenty years I am listening that what happen if Malik goes. But the Bahria are expanding unexpectedly.

Those who are familiar with Bahria, and those who don't know, there are a society committee existing and head by the members. In certain worse case that will come forward and hold the responsibilities of society. Could you imagine that peoples living there from Pesioin to Generals. Billions and trillions Rs property will not goes zero in one night.

As long as there is no dispute on the land, the Bahria property is safe.

BUT property is a game of speculation and jua in Pakistan.

Who wants to bet on a man whose reputation has been blackened due to involvement in anti CJ activities for YOU KNOW WHO.

Prices of Bahria will not recover any time soon due to psychological factors of investors and new buyers. In Zone 5 of Islamabad, new buyers will go for schemes like DHA phase 2 and you can see DHA is rising fast after the Malik Riaz debacle.

Still if there are any Great Gamblers they can invest in Bahria property when the prices are down and wait for return if and when the crisis is over...because essentially the property is legally safe.

Yes, I believe you said not wrong, there are no compromises on CJ's personality as a nation. Where ever in Pakistan you can find corruption almost in every place.

When start analyzing and grading of theirs corruption of politicians, then height of Malik Raiz is looks very small. At least he delivered some thing as he promised.

Really I am not defending or advocating for him. But if Malik stand for incoming election, I will support him. This is human psyche that he will look, what he want.

If and definitely he said very much about CJ, but I would say here, should not be compare CJ's son,s case with CJ.

Imagine those who has earned all of their,s life and spend in those schemes for shelter?

I need a plot 5 or 10 marla on low price. Will any one suggest me a place where should I can reside i.e. Bahria Town or Lahore Medical Scheme?

Pak navy and Malik Riaz started partnership with Bahria new phases as they have personal ties. Navy admiral and Malik Riaz are from same city of Punjab. Pak navy broke partnership with Malik Riaz and nobody trust him.

Well if nobody trusts Malik Raiz then why are lac of people living in Bahria Town? :) And millions dreaming to live there? :)

Whatever anyone may say about malik riaz, he has done some positive things.

First, he has set a standard in private sector housing industry that has provided affordable quality living to middle-class pakistanis in major cities.

Secondly, he has driven the growth of his entreprise at an unprecedented scale and there are many employment opportunities for pakistanis associated with bahria town.

Thirdly, he is now starting in other fields for example in bahria town islamabad he has started a top quality school called ace international academy which provides excellent facilities, discipline and good faculty with local and foreign staff.

These are the good things about malik riaz but some people in pakistan try to pull the legs of any pakistani who tries to succeed in a big way especially if he comes from low or middle class background. But we dont mind vaderas and chaudhries if they become a huge success. It is just that some people in pakistan dont like to see someone who was previously of low economic class to become richer and more successful than them.

May be malik riaz used his contacts in the navy but so what? If we keep doing this and pulling down pakistanis successful people, then pakistan will never have the big guns like india has mittal, ambani, tata etc. These people and their companies are now known all over the world as huge businesses.

Pakistanis should change this attitude of pulling each others legs. And malik riaz should also keep away from politics and scandals. He made a big mistake in meddling with big guns. He should concentrate on his business in a legal and low profile manner to make it grow for the benefit of his family and of pakistanis who avail of his services and products and get jobs.

So what is the status of Islamabad Enclave. When are they giving possession for phase-2? I heard the land is not acquired for phase-2 yet they are doing the development work.

Phase-1 (old map) plots of 1 kanal and 10 marlas are in profit (7 to 10 lac). Whereas plots in new map are being sold at 30k to 50k less than the submitted installment amount to Bahria. Please shed some light. Still we hold or release our plot?

May be it is one man show, or may be the investors made it so. My question is what an ordinary man do with such type of ups and downs…?

I think it is worth mentioning that Bahria Town has bounced back. Zameen has released many reports on this.

Back with a bang!. There was a slump but I think it's over now and the prices for BT are back on track.

How about development work and possesion hand over in old/new maps? Also i saw many adds in papers that bt is doing new booking on 55 lac for a 10 marla plots or sector c. Please share your views.
