Need your guidance regarding investment of 5 million in e-12 or i-12 islamabad.
Both sectors are awaiting development from cda. Kindly advise the current status of these sectors?
Kindly guide if it is a wise investment?
What should one prefer 4 to 5 marla in e-12 or 8 to 9 marla in i-12?

Investment in these sectors, are chances, no body can predict the CDA moves, as they do not know themselves in which direction they are going, I do not think this a right time to invest in these two. Prices of plot are on high side, to invest here, will keep block your money for enough time, wasteful for at least now, wait for right to come.
I agreed with Million$$$$. Both sector are still ot Approved by the CDA. There is no development in E-12 or I-12. So its better t advise bnot to investment in both sector.
I think E 12 is going better and develop soon so going with E 12 for investment purpose and I 12 take too much time to develop
He also briefed about the future development Projects which have been planned to be taken up in the future in which included the up-gradation and rehabilitation of Islamabad Highway from Zero Point to Rawat, Islamabad, Interchange at the Intersection of Kashmir highway and 7th Avenue, development of Kuri Model Village, construction of underpasses on Faisal Avenue between Sector G-7/G-8 and F-7/F-8, construction of Khayaban-e-Margallah from Constitution Avenue to Murree Expressway and development of sectors I-12, C-13, C-14 and C-15 including construction of pedestrian bridges on various roads.
