E-16 Vs E-17

I have a budget of 30-45 lac. I am thinking to invest in e-16 or e-17.

However i am not much aware of ground realities. It would be great if someone could advise me on these areas and the prices for 1 canal and 10 Marla.

Or any other area better than this it would be nice and highly appreciable?

E-16/2 & E-16/3 40 to 45 lekh E-17/3 30 to 35 lekh good location level plot.

For main road and corner u have to pay more

House construction is started. Good option in your range.

Dear salman location wise e 16 is currently better as its near to main gt road but on ground e 17 is better investment then e 16, first of all there is no pvt houses around e 17 but u will find them around e 16/3. E 17 land is heighted land and maximum area is level. In e 16 there are high tension wires but not in e 17. So for living purpose in future e 17 will be better then e 16

I think your comment is quite logical and fair , actually i live abroad and want to invest like every body here and one of my friend is investing with me in partnership in ISB.

Depends on your preference if u like to live near main road (GT road) then E-16 is better i like areas away from main roads and prefer E-17/3 on E-16. Expected rate after 3 years more than fifty lekh plus. Just guess...

Cdechs is good development but not the best work from hrl though...unsure whether their is water and gas available? I got put off due to location travelling, its a little too far for me especially with the prices, as the prices don't help either.

A lot of investors have been plowing money in e-17/3 these past year or so and prices have rocketed more than the rest of the subsectors.

Can somebody please help in reviewing the follwoing plot for buying:

E-16/3

Plot no 1, St no 22, corner plot

60x30 or 200 Sq yards

Demand 24 lacs.

Is this plot in posession/ ready for construction and is the demand ok for this plot as per market.

Plot is good price in this street is around 22 to 23 lac not more then it but before buying visit this plot

That’s true, but seller maybe a broker (middle man) so after taking his commission out it would be 23 lakhs anyway…as syed has mentioned visit it and check location before purchasing. Especially when your paying that type of money!

Well cdechs is big name brand due to hrl development, yes its not the best work from hrl but still prices are increasing especially where there is possession so its a good buy.

@ muhammed saab, your broker is fairly reasonable. Some can charge upto a lakh as I have experienced. Check cdechs website online, its not really clear though. Have you sent someone to inspect the site?

Have you bought it yet? what do you think of location yourself. Map can be obtained from broker? or try cdechs website.

Dear Sheikh sab, I am reviewing it. Cdechs website surprisingly does not have map. It only gives a link to google maps, no society map is there.

In google maps street 22 is not showing. On visit i find all 60x30 plots are away from entrance near to the katchi abadi area. Same is also with this plot. Broker does not have map also. I cannot find any latest map to verify the plot location.
