One should go to centaurus , buy some shopping and have some meal burgers pizzas etc or even purchasing an FX is quiet a better option instead of throwing your money in ministry of corrupt commerce…
Please stop buying in ministry of commerce, they all are corrupt, cheaters… Registrar have recently froze their accounts, there are number of complaints in NAB regarding society, location is also very creepy. You will definately lose if you invest in this cheat society…

Any one have update about ministry of commerce
I think, plots of A block and B block, old map, are safe now. C block is still in the air especially new plots. Society management is criminal, as they announced different plot numbers in balloting function and assigned different numbers later on. Unfortunately, on one has video record of last function. Management did not record video, because of intentional corruption.
Prices recently increased in e-19, Ministry Of Commerce, These days one kanal plot available in 25 to 35 lac range, good for long term only.
Plz advise 1 kanal plot or file good for 6 month invest??? After starting of airport what effect on ministry e 19 thanks

E-19 is co operative society, even if some problem for management at the moment, but society belongs to its members as per co operative law, the rise in prices proves the trust of investors, now recently have direct access from motorway, the speed of development is very very impressive, in a year or so people criticizing it will not be able to purchase even a 5 marla plot here, rest Allah knows best. Yesterday I visited e19. Development was going very fast. In three months they developed very big area. A dealer there told me one kanal plot increased 10 lacs in three months period. He was saying more price increase in expected in next three months. My question is after top city problem; will investor shift to other areas like ministry…thanks
I do not think investors will shift from TC to E-19 as other optios like FT, FR and Fazaia tarnol are available. However, if E-19 society management gets serious(which is less likely), then investors can move.
