I want to buy a 5 marla plot in e 12. Prices of 5 marla plot in thr sector is around 30 lac correct me if i am wrong. I know this sector is not developed even after 26 years thats why its prices are not going up. The location of e12 fasinates me a lot. So i am thinking to take the risk by investing there. All i want to take the second opinion from the senior members of the forum. Is it worth taking the risk?How many more years it will take to get profit?? 10 years???? Plus whats the procedure to buy cda plot to avoid scammers
I think Saadi is the right person to guide you about CDA e-12 and you can anticipate his comments also:) anyhow, if you are really interested then I think e-12/2 is less risky. This is just my opinion, people who are well aware will guide you here better.
