I would like to know opinions and advice about investment in D-18, as 60*90 plot of this price I am unable to get in any sector.
What is current ground reality there? I heard about motor interchange?
What is development status of D-18? Gas, electric etc?
Development is complete. Construction of houses started. Under ground electrification available. Good planning. No direct access. Accessible from Margalla View Society. Away from GT road. Interchange on Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway near D-18 is under construction. Don't know latest status about Gas. Usually gas connections are provided after construction of 50- 100 houses.
