F-16/4, G-16, B-17 Which one is better for investment

Hi Experts,

I have investment of 40 lac which I want to invest into either of these sectors F-16/4, G-16, B-17. Could you please tell me which one is better. Could you please compare the short terms and long term investment benefit in these sectors.

I have heard that F-16/4 Sector, land is not completely acquired which could delay the possession and hence price raise. Is it true? If so, how long would it take the clear the land and get the possession which will turn into price raise in this sector.

What is the price for 1 kanal in F-16/4.

Please let me know with this investment which one is a better option.

F-16/4 land is not completely acquired but there is no major encroachment in that sector. location wise F-16 and G-16 is much better and development wise B-17 is far better.

Where to invest?

So, let me re-phrase the question.

My intention is totally for investment and I can insha Allah wait for 3 to 4 years. I don't want to build a house right now. So if the sector is CLEAR and the prices will go HIGH, then I am good.

So, please advise me which one is BEST INVESTMENT, if I can wait for 3 to 4 years. Again I am talking in terms of investment .

(Do you think F-16/4 will even go longer than 3-4 years to get the possession?)

If you have time of 3 or 4 years then F-16/4 is a very suitable option for you or you can also invest in B 17 d or e block it will be also clear in 3 years inshAllah and Margalla Avenue will be functional. you can get a good kanal plot in F-16/4 around 25 lac all dues clear so better option would be buy a plot in F-16/4 and one in B-17 possible in your budget.

Thanks for the quick response again. The link you mentioned in you last post, I was going thru it - and you said at one point that F-16/4 is 100% acquired and the land is clear. And F-16/3 is 85 % acquired. Is it true. The reason I am asking is, one of the dealer was saying that F-16/4 is not fully acquired?

And if you can tell me the prices of 1 kanal in D and E and also for small plot if possible.

F-16/4 land let me clear it JKCHS already done agreement for f 16 4 land and there is no main hurdle for acquiring that land there is some pending amount paying that JKCHS will get complete land.

D and E rates are now a days not stable, daily rate is changing. in d block you can get a 30 x 60 plot all dues clear around 10 to 13 lac depends on location.

In E block society announced Rs 1,305,000 rate for new booking in E block and right now they are purchasing land for new bookings. in old bookings you can get a 30 x 60 plot around 1,245,000 in installments.
