What are your thoughts on both sectors? What is better for investment?
I will go for b-17…
Both good. F-16 good location. B-17 bad location but good development. Weigh up which one you prefer and go for that. Do you want good location or good development?
I prefer location at this moment in time My only worry about f-16 is possession - is it a realiable society and will my money be safe?

Dear Ali B 17 is a safe option currently as development work is already doing there. F 16 society is the same who develope g 15 and f 15 JKCHS, there can be a delay in development but ur money will be safe. In f 16 only sub sector 3 or 4
@Ali: I'd like to mention that someone in an earlier post mentioned that Syed Ibrahim is well aware of F-16. In addition, he is an authority of this forum having 12 best posts. This suggests that he may be consulted in buying a plot specially in F-16. BTW, when I'll buy in F-16 I'll request Syed Ibrahim to help me:). Ali, if you plan to buy in F-16 then I'd suggest you to buy through Syed Ibrahim.

I will go for F-16, Margalla avenue is already delayed, This govt. Has again taken loan from IMF and it is a pre-condition for IMF to halt all developments. So there is no Margalla avenue in sight. Even you can see kashmir highway condition from last 3 years

Dear Dr musi society announced that they will start development in 2013 but i am not sure about it my personal guess is that it will take minimum one more year. G 16 possession area is better then f 16 but in non possession f 16 3 and 4 are better
What is current sizes available and rate of plots in blocks a and b in b-17? are blocks a and b with possession?
B-17 Is a better option. In A, B, C blocks, they have already given possession, E and D are underdeveloped so should buy there as they are giving possession in July 2014, where the prices will increase, Margalla Road is also under construction which will also increase the prices in the above said sector.
