My question from experts about this new project which is going to be lunch on 25 sep by faisal town owner.What is your advice about this project? Is it good for short term investment or long term? As its location is good near b17. And 5 marla plot down payment is 4 lac.Please give me your expert opinion

Khan bahi now days most of housing societies are doing this files business how u can sure about failure? i think it’s location is not bad because next yo b-17 on GT road if you compare prices with b17 it is good option for low income people.

Faisal town and Faisal Residencia ka hal sab ka samnha ha ior abb hazar ha Faisal hills.
He did not complete even single project and start new projects on daily basis.There is a sufficiency in the world for man's need but not for man's greed.
CM projects are good for Multi dealers because they get more rebate and good location plots.Bad for individual investors.
Stay away even in free.

So nadeem bhai what are other options avalible for investment in 4-5 lahk in pindi islamabad.although there pervious projects are in profit what ever the reason is.
Ali bhai, location is beyond the Margalla Hills, so, I don't see it as a good location when you view it from Islamabad point of view. It is good for Taxila people, I guess. Second thing, it will have a dust issue.
If you look at my post, I have said it may go in minus in short term but in long run, it could be good but once developed.
I don't like this practice of launching more and developing very few. Abhi to Faisal Residencia launch kiya tha few months back.. Udhar abi kuch nhe aur ab yeh naya tamasha. FT B Block ka bhi abi koi poochnay wala nhe hy....
Yes, agree with you on profit, but kab tak, this is the question. How much market could accommodate these files.

CM has already purchased land near Burhan interchange, so his next town going to launch there.
He is in old age and want do things asap
Ali sb, I personally feel FR is better then FH but again the own on FR is one lac plus.... So, if you want to go for FH for one year, go for it.
