You can try something on or about main GT Road further down from phoolnagar or Pattoki. But you cannot get it in a farmhouse scheme.
Also try Bedian Road some further driving distance from new DHA phases.

i need you kind opinion about ministry of commerce cooperative housing society or jammu and kashmir society in zone 5.i want to invest there some money in one kanal plot for 5 to 10 years time.kindly advise me should i go for it or not.(i have not seen both of these societies)
For this time period both are good options especially jkchs zone v. But I would prefer somewhere development work is started or about to start… May be CBR phase 2…

Around this budget you may find something in Eden Park Farm Housing in Raiwind Road near Lahore Safari Park. I've seen this community, it is just okay. But then it's Eden after all, and maybe that's the reason it is cheap as well. People suggest to stay away from the name "Eden".
Quite a few big farmhouses are already constructed and people are living there.
