Sir depends on housing…If developed at reasonable pace, it would take no time in attaining a very high price tag, somewhat equivalent to E-11…But we all know the track record of housing so one needs to calculate his risks before jumping in…I think 3 years time frame can reap considerable results.

Sir 3 years payment plan…Total tentative price is 55 lacs+1 lac membership fee. Down payment is 15 lacs…Another installment of 10 lacs is soon to be demanded. Rest of the payment plan would span three years according to the news in market.
In other words it would cost you 105 lacs if bought at this point and time.

Hassan sb, First of all whole of the capital elite is involved in this project with heavy stakes including top federal,provincial bureaucracy, politicians and other celebrities so it highly unlikely that housing foundation would not develop it. Development may be slow but they cannot abandon it completely. Secondly even if it is not developed, even then it is cheaper than other undeveloped sectors of Islamabad having a tag of F sector with it and files would gain come what may.Even sectors like I-11/12/14 is more expensive than this elite sector and those sectors are also undeveloped.

Actually the profit on file seems to be more or in parity with the price of land in case of 50x90, 40x80 and 35x70 plots. Here comes the issue.

1-Prime location
2-Extremely good topography
3-Tag of F sector
4-Involvement of big guns
5-Zone 1
6-Only bigger plots like rest of the F sector
7-Most of the land is free of illegal construction.Only a small patch have constructions
If developed, it will easily cross E-11/D-12...If remains undeveloped, it still has juice.
