I have a plot in bahria & i really like the location. It suits me very well. I am going to start construction of the plot this month. But after soil test , i found that it has filling of 13 feet. Soil test company advised to dig till 7 feet and compact the land and then start construction. Should i do that ? Or should i sell the plot ?
Soil Testing company writes :
Backfill material is encountered upto 13 feet in both bore holes. Water table was not encountered upto investigated depth.

Rana sb this is trade mark of bahria town. Better dig even more...at 3 feet more than the report says.
Phase-8 does have rare locations having solid soil.
Phase-8 is one of the best location for living but probably worst for making home!
Anyways twin cities are in the active earth quack activity and making house at sound footings is a plus point.
