How you compare the flat vs plot investment in B-17? Do prices for plot & flat grow equally from investment point of view? Should I prefer plot or flat? Thank you in advance for your kind suggestion.
I think prices are directly proportional to the population living in the said place. Means of transport, i.e. Roads, do increase the prices of property as well.
plots according to me are good for investment as compared to flats. And what i think that the buyers of flats are likely to be lesser in the market as compared to the buyers or investors of plots.
