I need your opinion regarding consideration of
Foechs islamabad for buying a possession plot for constructing a house to live there.
My budget for the plot is somewhere around 2 million.
How do you see buying a plot in this society? Your views regarding its development standards, price trends, security, accessibility and future prospects are welcomed.

Not good for making house. I-15 no developmet, I-16 only few houses and after that F0ECHS comes. Only I-14 is livable

Can you guide me which societies are there in I-14 and how much it costs for a possession plot there (5, 7 or 10 marla). Thanks
@abbasi, the development standards in foechs is no doubt far better than i-14, i-16, but for living it is not ready, but if new airport becomes operational, it will attract some end users, so not bad idea for investment and house bulding in a couple of years, but i have no idea about any legal issues, best of luck.
The standard of development is decent, much better than I-14 and I-16. But it’s not liveable at all right now. Only two houses are built there. It will take at least two years or more.
