Dear all! I would like to invest in Lahore, can you please suggest where to invest. Currently I have two options in mind DHA & Bahria. Kindly suggest which one is better and in which phase or sector. I would like to invest around 2m to 4.5m.

In my opinion, if you want to invest your amount for long-term, then DHA is a safe bet. Phase 9 of DHA is really a charm these days for investment purposes.

I am also looking to invest in property for first time in life. I have budget around 3 to 4 millions. In my mind I have 2 options DHA or Bahria. These options are based on just fame of these socities. I am not sure where to invest. I am also thinking that should I purchase a small commercial plot or residential plot with this 4M budget.

Thanks for your feedback. Can you please give some reasons for suggesting DHA instead of Bahria.
I have a few concerns on DHA, 1) development of new sectors in DHA is not as fast as in Bahria 2) Facilities like boundry wall, security, own electricity, good parks and other community spots in DHA are not as gud as in Bahria.
Please provide your comments and also please suggest which one is better option out of Commercial plot and Residential plot.
I am out of country from few years, since you guys are in touch with market, so you can give better feedback.

Sir main reason is that people have more trust in dha because it is administrated by one of the most strongest,respectable and well organized institution of pakistan…especially in lahore people has more trend towards dha as compaed to bahria…Both are good for investment but I will recommend you dha for both residential and commercial plots…DHA has developed a very good repute and market…

Sir u cannot even buy a small commercial plot in this budget…May be after thorough search you may be able to find a small shop some where and that not too on an excellent location.I would recommend you to go for a residential plot…
