I request good advice’s from the respected members about buying a residential plot in i-12 and constructing a house there at this time. Any idea about the actual development scenario.
No development has been done so far in I-12. If you are local, please pay a visit to the site to take a look for yourself. I-12 is very long term investment, I think.
At present development work is in progress in I-12. Major roads have been contracted and the firm is working on ground I saw this work few weeks ago. Moreover, Rs. 500 Million is reserved in CDA Budget for 2015-16 for minor road network and sewerage. Contracts are yet to be awarded from this budget. I-12 is a good investment. This is the time to invest on the condition if you can hold for 3 to 5 years.

Some development is gng on but wil take sm years for development. Long term investment.
