Could please the seniors comment on the future of this sector and what is the time scale on its developing
I-12 is flying.. Catch it soon before it goes out of hand.. Development contract has been awarded and they are making main roads towards the Markaz so that CDA can sell the commercial plots. It will be developed soon..

Sorry Ash… Don’t have an idea about those plots… But they must be quite expensive… 50 million plus I guess…
I-12 Sector is best suitable location compare to the Prices in G-13 and G-14 sector. Development is going in rapid speed. Ideal Location for short term and Long term Benefit for anyone.
Agreed with Zahid Khan… The location is great… It will be the next G-13 etc once developed… Prices will be higher than G-13 even because I-12 is proper CDA and in 12 series… Another point is that it will have high prices due to the commercial factor as CDA plans to have big markaz in I-12…

@ junaid sb…I-12 cant beat g-13,g-14/4 in prices even in next two decades.Please present some concrete facts.Dont over rate it.

Sir frankly speaking that i dont see it on the priority list of cda…I dont think so this sector is so fruitful to invest…Whole I series from I-11 onwards is not so lucrative to invest.
Saadi Sb: Some concrete points for you:
G-13 and G-14 is developed by FGEHF whereas I-12 is CDA.
25x50 normal plots in I-12 are at around 30 lakhs without possession, 25x40 plots in G-13/14 with possession and a lot of houses are at around 70 lakhs.
G-13 and G-14 are nearer to GT Road, while I-12 is in line with E-12 and NUST (H-12) and Pindi also on the other side (Westridge).
G-13 is clear but G-14 has possession issues apart from G-14/4.. I-12 is completely under CDA possession.
Tender for construction of main roads in I-12 leading to markaz has been passed and contract given to a construction company.
