Recently FGEHA close the motorway housing Thalian project. What is the future of this project files and where FGEHA going to adjust the files.
FGEHA will reserve 10% quota in future schemes for the allottees of Thalian project. so the future is very dull, previous projects like Green enclave which were announced in 2008-9 are still not anywhere near to completion. So how long it will take for future projects to get materialized is a big question. and even if it get materialized than only 10% will be the quota of it. So stay away from it.
I do not know why are we keeping discussing a project which has been vanished?
Where are the non stop shouts every hour in all properties in Pindi & capital?

But why why we are not talking ever increasing DHA valley 5 blocked on both residential & commercials?

yes these are much much better options than the Thalian project
Here the main concern is those who already have some investment in Thalian FGEHA, how can we close it with minimum lost ?
