When is the development expected of G-14/1,2,3?
Is it advisable to buy a plot there now?
If compared, which one is better G-14/1,2,3 or E-12 for mid-term investment?
Until development work is started it is a gamble to invest. Locationwise E-12 would be better, but without knowing when possession will be available or even when development will start or be completed, it is not investment but a gamble and you could lose money. For a gamble the prices do seem quite high as well.
yeah u r right. Why is this news going around that G-14/1,2,3 development is likely to start soon. I know these news have been there forever for both of these sectors E-12 and G-14 but would it be a rational decision to go for G-14/1,2,3?
