I need help regarding an issue with the map approval of my residential plot in Gulshan e Azeem society scheme 33 which i purchsed back in october unfortunately at that time we didnt know or had any idea regarding the map approval procedures.
Omafter purchase when we applied for map approval we got msg from my agent that map approval cannot be completed since the society layout plan is expiring in october and now the society will resubmit the layout and clear the dues which can take 4 to 6 months
We patiently waited till now and moving forward 7 months the layout is still not approved and on visiting karim housing we are getting topi after topi.
Please suggest shall i hold the plot or look for any other option as i have to shift from rental property ASAP
