I have few queries, if I can get some suggestions/guidance.
I have a house in Rawalpindi. But I dont live in the same city.
Old construction 1980’s. I want to renovate it. I dont have any connections there who can supervise the work.
What can be the possible soultions. Is there any reliable/tried /tested ppl who work /construct/renovate when owners are not in city or country and have no one to supervise.
Or if any one knows any other way how it works.
Is it workable (renovtion while no one is there to supervise from client’s side)
I am looking for some one who is coming with reference.
Your opinions and suggestion will help me a lot.
