Please any body share an expert opinion about graceland housing society near new islamabad airport…Like how is it for investment purpose and wat is the future of this society in comming 2 to 3 years??

My area and I am seeing the entrance gate, the only gate which has been done so far!
There nothing after the main gate. They took solid 15 plus years to complete the very entrance gate?
Total fraud and nothing but fraud. 15 years elapsed and only gate so far? Now you can see some dirt road as well and some plants also could be seen.
May be deep down some development is there but if after the main gate, there is nothing, how come there will be any development further down.Another Glaxy City!!!

Chour group ka chour project. Dont get deceived by their beautiful entrance and advertisements. Mr. Qayyum highlighted correctly that in last good 15 years in which people made fortunes in property, they only developed their entrance.
