Can any one give a comparison between these sector for buying a plot for residential or for investment purposes. I head I-16 has water problem and I-14 has narrow streets problem.
I-16 is a bit far compared to I-14, but you will notice that I-16 is a very nice and organized sector. I-16 is more beautiful compared to I-14 which has a bad look especially in the starting area. Water problem of i-16 is not all that difficult to solve for CDA. Besides, if CDA was not serious about this sector, it would not have built the bridge which I have heard is now completed - now you don't have to go through a depression to get to I-16.
I think I-14 will become more commercial type because of its location which is so close to gt road and main road market - not best for residential purpose. But this is just my thinking; the future outlook may be different.
I-16 is pretty much fully developed and even a few houses have been built, therefore it is better than I-14.
I 16 landscaping is better then I-14 for residential purpose after 2 or 3 years I 16 will be much better then I-14.
