Investment advise needed
Respected property experts i need your sincere suggestion.
I have 2 5-marla plots in parkview villas one in jade block and one in sapphire block.
Should i hold these plots in parkview villas (if yes then for how much more time) or sale it and put money somewhere else for next 2 to 3 years to get maximum gain so that i can build my own home after maximum 3 years ?
Now a days i am seeing trend of people moving towards sui gas phase 2 for investment
Some people are also moving towards iep (engineers town) which even not have good direct access for entrance
Other option is simply invest in dha phase 9 ext
What you guys suggestion ?
