Should we buy plot in b-17, d-17, new air port societies or bahria enclave?
Or please suggest any soon to be completed apartments in this price range.

At the moment i am not very sure about new air port societies because route is not cleared yet in public for Airport if you like to play lottery then go to TOP CITY or MUMTAZ CITY or PECHS.
B-17 B or C block is best inshAllah and other hand Eclave1 also good safe options.In zone5 Dha N or P blocks or Bahria phase8 are also best options.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

Buy an apartment which is near completion. Check out Alghurair giga apartments. I bought an aprtment there alhamdulillah made profit even in the slow season. You can also keep them for renting purpose. Rest Allah knows better.
I think demand for plots has always been higher than apartments in islamabad. Trend wise ppl also prefer houses over apartments. Apartments are good for businessmen who travel a lot and need temporary accommodation as not everyone loves to stay in apartments so may not be readily available for rent or may even be vacant most of the time. But yes in the very long run i think maybe apartments may take precedence over plots if this urbanization continues to grow and rising population

I personally think that market is not suitable for short term investment of any kind.
Not a rocket science rather a common sense. Apartment value decreases by the passage of time. Plot value increases by the passage of time.

Am agreed with Nadeem bhai I just prefer AWT,ECHS,Wapda Town rather than B-17.
For investment purpose plot is better option dnt see dreams with open eyes to invest on files
Agree with Farrukh shah sab that plots are better option for investment.
