I want to invest about 60 lac rupees in dha islamabad. Should i go for residential plot in sector e ,f or g of dha phase 4 or buy a 4 marla commercial plot in dha valley ?

If you make your mind up for DHA valley then go only for the sectors which are to be handed over in near future, Lily & Oleander, housing the DHA Homes. Difficult to make out how much gain you will get but looking into the current development pace, they are highly likely to gain. Valley is so highlighted now that it is very difficult for MR/DHA (the corrupt lot)/HRL/RDA to play games, they have been playing for the last 9 years!

i have two 8marla plots in overseas blocks (Sunflower & Magnolia). Since 2008, it is wise to sell it off? if not how long should i hold for max gain, i am an overseas, please comment on it

Blue Bell commercial is expensive like fortune, run in crores and bigger plot sizes...mostly captured by brass years before!
In Rose, Lilly Oleander, a 4 Marla is 45-48 lacs.

Nadeem sahib why not DHA 4 sector E or F where in same price I can get a 1 k plot instead of 10 marla in sector p or N in DHA 2 ? Regards
