Please guide me. I want to invest for 1-2 years. Which phase is the best for investment . Phase 6 & 8 are already high. What do you say about the prospects of phase 7.
Phase-7 has very good potential for investment. Ideal time for buying, You can witness significant rise in 1-2 years

Zain, his investment horizon is 1-2 years. Do you beleive, phase 9 will yield a proper return in this time horizon?
I think Phase 6 has alot of potential in it specially Blocks Like N or L as prices in upper blocks are 2crore plus but we can find good plot in these blocks around 150 lac …in future when there will be commercialization and areas will be filled all blocks would almost have same price.he construction in DHA 6 N block is going very fast. It is closer to BARKI Road, closer to Golf course and closer to main bulv. So I blv N block has at least 20-30 lax potential to grow.
Look at the price of DHA-8: It is in the same range as phases with possession such as phases 6 and 7 (even though there is no possession in 8 yet) Do you know why? Because Phase 8 is the best phase in all DHA Lahore.
So you can imagine where its price will be when possession is handed over and when construction activity starts, when commercials get built. Phase 8 price growth will be a graph of at least 90 degrees for the next 6-8 years.
Phase 8 Z block and phase 9 both are best for investment purposes this year. Check out the price trend of both on http://www.lahorerealestate.com/ads/ which will tell you at what rate they are increasing.
Its price increase is due to close by balloting and start of development and also the rest of the phases are totally out of budget.
