Aoa, need advice from the experts here. I'm an overseas pakistani and currently looking to invest n the range of 7m to 8m rupees. I'm totally newbie to this and have little or no knowledge of markets and projects. I see bahria and dha as big names but don't know which one is safe bet.
I'm looking to buy in lahore.
Investment will be long term, 4-5 years or more
Please advice what markets, projects are safe and better than others. When i say safe i mean someone will not claim or qabza it like it happens in pakistan.
I plan to visit the projects after short listing them.
