I-16 is not a bad option for long term.It can increase dramatically if CDA start development but nobody believe CDA.

Abdul Khan, safe investment for long term. The growth will be less but stable and steady. Opening of airport will have positive impact on this whole area, however, you will need patience, don't expect any thing dramatic or overnight.

Nadeem bhai, no need to wait for CDA to start development. I-16 is developed sector. Even gas supply is about to start. Pipeline already laid.
