I am thinking of investing 8.5 million in 1 kanal plot in dha phase 7 lahore sector u .It is on back of 100 foot road. Is it good investment and what is likely time for return?
Investment in phase 7 is a very bad idea at the moment. Phase 9 is announced to be balloted on 15th of may, So either go for phase 9 or ivy green for maximum returns in the next 6 months to 1 year.
Phase 7 is very good option for investment
Surely, Phase-7 is very good & solid investment at this moment. I am also looking for One Kanal plot in Phase-7 Lahore for my brother. During next 4-years, Only Phase-7 & Phase 5 M-Block would be available for the people to construct homes in DHA. So, construction activity would increase very soon which will ultimately raise the prices in this phase on solid grounds instead of any up/down speculation.
