Is golf view residencia lahore effected by lahore ring road

I am overseas pakistani and invested in the this society and paid all the installments.

I was reading some contents on different website about the lahore ring road construction will effect the bahria gold view also.

Could someone advice if northern zone plots 320+ numbers will be effected as we can't see to loose out hard earned money.

Please comments all those who are concerned as well.

Please read this forum very carefully as it is already under discussion from very long time, if you will post your question on that forum you will probably get more answers

In short there is a ring road map which seems official although there is no official detailed map from Government yet but whatever map we have got seems solid.

Unless there is an official detailed map from Government no one can give you any official estimate of impact on Golf View Residencia.

It seems that this unofficial map is going to affect GVR very badly.

It is going to divide GVR in to 3 totally disconnected sections.

And no one can make a Golf Course in this kind of situation. Golf Course is divided in to 3 sections. So there will be no Golf Course and the name of this block will not make any sense. If some people will still insist for Golf Course, they will have to be relocated to somewhere else (minimum 3 years my guess, although I think 5 years probably).

You section (North 320+) is safe as it is far away from Ring Road probably you will also not be affected by the Noise of Ring Road, but there are other problems, this section will be totally disconnected from Bahria Town probably it can be connected by using bridges or may be underpasses etc. Or may be you will have to use Ring Road's service roads to go to bahria and also to go to Raiwind Road etc. Etc.

If you can wait for 3+ years then don't worry :) but at the moment no one is interested in buying in GVR, this is the best time probably to buy in GVR as you can get plots for cheap now but at a very high risk.

As far now ring road is delayed , confirm news from inside, hints that there might be some sttlent bw bahria and govt. 20 chances of ring road to start in this tenure.

Can you kindly provide any tangible evidence of this news ? ppl are spreadinr rumours about this RR delay today.

And if it is true then what impact would occur on properties of this area? like Lake, Fazaia, Sui-2 etc ??

Till now there are only rumors

I came to know thtough a resource in punjab bank that funds of ring road are allocated to orange train. Lake city and fazaia will keep on gaining as alternate route will make the accesss easy. More access more construction more rates… Sui gas 2 doesnt seem improving any near

Sui gas have 2 phases of gain

1) real type possesion with utilities gas electricty .. It will be a minor jump

2) ring road .. Which has now minimal chances

There were no govt funds for LRR before, except for Land acquisition. It was already planned to be built on B.O.T basis.

Has govt stopped the land acquisiton for LRR ??
