What is the price of 40x80 plot in Jinnah garden? Should we keep this or sell? If we sell this then where to buy in this budget please advice?
Its on fast trend so better offers can be grabed.well if u sell and take plot in behria towmn phase 8 that will be charming offer as jinnah after 5 months will not give u that price which behria will give even with small area size plot of 5 marla

Sell the plot and Purchase Plot in Bahria Enclave Islamabad, Bahria 8 Rawalpindi or Zone-2 Islamabad.

I have Visited the Jinnah Garden couple of years ago at that time the price os 30*60 plot was in range of 11-18 lacs according to the location. There is not much difference between now and 2 year back rates.
