CDA will start work on Kashmir highway section 3, from Golra toll plaza to motorway chowk planning work is complete also this project includes a fly over on Golra chowk time precision is one year.

Good news …Ibrahim Sab…hopefully the project will prove fruitful to many underdeveloped societies…especially near new airport…TOP CITY, MC etc.
The matter of fact is that anything on Kashmir highway will rise significantly. Its a confirmed project. However sheikh sb and bluedoctor do you really think top city will deliver. I ask as when I went their last month I didn’t see much progress like kutcha rds etc?
Ali…there is no doubt about it…Top City development work is in fill swing… U can see construction of houses in B block…of-course before the roads are black topped…they are katcha at the start…
i have recently visited the site…and am very optimistic about this society…With the start of this Kashmir highway project …and establishent of road link to new airport …the society will see a big jump in prices… So my advise to u as well is buy now in Top City…and just wait for 8 - 12 months…u will be benefited… Mark my words… Regards.
Bludoctor… By kacha I meant it seems to be in initial stages of development. However I did see lots of machinery and labour in action. My only concern is whether top city management has some background. Any previous projects, who are the people behind this project, what is the reputation of the developers? You see I’d love to invest as I think location is a future hotspot but I’m just trying to get those concerns answered first as a savvy investor. Please advise
@ Ali, Don’t lose heart brother. As bluedoc has mentioned development is in full swing. That was the main issue was that development started way too late due to internal politics, but now that development is on going you will see a good return within the next 2-3 years Insha Allah. Don’t forget Top City is double the size of Mumtaz City so it will take time to actually see any difference but in 12 months you will see some good results providing development stays at current pace. Yes their are nothing but Katcha roads, but its a huge project and the developers are unknown so they have their own ways of doing things. Its a big project so finishing touches will come at the end but it depends upon the development standards also, which is questionable. Wherever you want to invest whether its MC or TC now is perfect time to invest. Its a pre new year investment recommendation!
So dear Doctor which block is good for invest?i mean top block of top city?i mean short term investments?
People normally recommend F Block.

Dear Nadeem…prices of E,F,G AND H are comparatively less …so from investment point of view these blocks are better…and if u talk about the best then…F block is most suitable due to its location and i recommend u to buy there. Regards.
That is a very good news :) Top City is under valued always and is been called Stop City, but i am also very optimistic about this society, the location it enjoys basically, plus this extension of road network will not only benefit Top City but all the area as a whole, plus G-13 and G-14. Lets hope Kashmir highway completes soon. This is one of the most difficult projects given the un-even surface, soil type and traffic load on this. I think it will not be until mid next year when we'll be able to enjoy surfing on it like motorway.
KH will surely turn the direction of the city to the new airport and will become new artery. Real estate and commercial sector along KH will see a tremendous boost in a near future.

Gents The news in Jang is very vague. According to the news "A Fly-Over will be constructed to connect the road from Rawalpindi which will end the traffic jam in this chauk". Which chauk? Glorra Chauk on KH or G.T. Road/Golrra Road chauk? Where the flyover will be constructed? Traffic jam is usually seen more at G.T. Road/Golrra Road chauk rather than at Golrra chauk.
Also with construction of this section, doesn't it mean that the Airport Access road is going to be via I-14, I-16 and not KH/Motorway toll plaza?

I know they are only creating more confusion. It shows unwillingness on the part of the government. However there are rumours that tarnol flyover is next project in the pipeline. It will help f-16, f-17 and f-18
I am more confused than ever before about this road access business! Nothing is certain, they keep changing their plans, which is affecting the market in zone 2, hence why I said once development starts prices will slowly charge up until then we can speculate of where this road access is going to be! Hence why I requested a map of where exactly this road access will be, still cant make head or tales of this.
Well according to this news which is just a news if it will be done practically it will impact on g 13 g 14 g 15 g 16 top city mumtaz city prices,
