is it safe to invest in khayaban-e-amin. i plan to buy one kanal plot in block-C. whats the current price and what would be the return after 2 years. Builders Sahir Associates trust worthy? Recommended or not? If not then please suggest other better options in Lahore. Budget within 30 lac.
C block of Khayaban-e-Amin is one the best block for 1 kanal plots.The current price is between 28 lac To 34 lac with all dues. Transfer fee of 1 kanal plot is 15000/-.
Lake city M-3/M-2 and Fazaia housing society are also better options for investment purpose.

Please compare NFC Phase 2 with Lake city or Fazayia. I know it is very far but can it give better returns compared to these two societies in the coming two or three years?

Preferably one kanal house or plot. what return one can expect from Khayaba-e-Aamin C block. If current prices are from 28-34 lac for one kanal then what price one can expect let say after 2-3 years.
