When possession in LDA ave 1 is expected?

LDA is such a crap that it is not at all giving importance to a locality which is ideally located at Raiwand Road. Location-wise, LDA Avenue is so good. And it also provides way to Bahria Town.
But ALLAH knows, when LDA would become serious in allotting possession to LDA Avenue 1. Recently, i heard that they installed street lights and some work on electricity connections is also undergoing.
Lets hope and pray that the investors get possession soon.

Hanif, as per my information, there are rumours that in this year, LDA would allot possession. But still nothing concrete has come to the conclusion.
But on a positive note, prices are increasing. Lets hope for the best.

It’s frustrating that there is no authentic information source here when it comes to knowing things that concern government departments operating at provincial level.
