Looking For A 5 Marla Plot

Dear members of this forum. I've a small budget of around 2.2 million in which I wish to buy a 5 Marla plot and construct a single story house for my family of three persons (father, mother and for myself). I know it is a difficult task to buy a plot and construct a single floor on it in such a little amount that I've now. I request all members of this forum to please help me in finding a very cheap 5 Marla plot in Zone 5 or Zone 2 where I can at least try to construct a single story house for my family.

One option for you can be Ghouri Town, in which you can get plot and construct house. But do visit Ghouri Town and see the ground reality if you can live there, as hundreds of houses are under construction there. This looks to me in ur budget.

Zain and Mr. Khan thank you very much for your replies. Bahria Town and Ghouri Town are nice places to live and build a house for that purpose, I’m also wondering if I can find a 5 marla plot in Jinnah Garden and River Garden. If you guys or other members have any information on the prices of 5 marla plots in Jinnah and/or River Garden then, I’ll request you to please share that with me as well.
