Salam everyone, i would like to seek your help for my property matter. We are living in a joint family system.Our house is on my grandfather’s name, he has passed away and the property papers are missing since grandfather’s death. Dadaji ne virasat me kisi ka naam bhi nahi diya tha. We need to sell house as you know about the conflicts after the father/owner’s death. So i want to come out of all this mess and want everybody to live separately and peacefully. Please help. Regards, raza khan
