Is writing mukhtar e aam on plain sinmple paper is acceptable or not. Will this mukhtar e aam be considered genuine.
I don’t think it would be preferable to have this document on a plain paper instead of a stamp paper. It might work as a proof in certain circumstances, but won’t have a solid legal standing. It would be much better not to take risk in such matters.
