Apparently MPCHS had acquired the land for this project, but an issue with zoning arose with CDA. CDA claimed Zone IV was reserved for agricultural / farming projects. To me it sounded a little absurd since Bahria Enclave is in the same zone. Maybe some other member can shed light on it.
