What is your recommendation about constructing a house in one of these societies (what is the order of priority, in term of cost, standard of living and facikities)?
1. Naval anchorage
2. Soan gardens / pwd
3. Pakistan / korang town
4. Jinnah gardens
5. Gulberg

I visited PWD a year ago and I wont recommend it for living. Small bumpy roads with lot of commercial activities on it main road. Not well maintained.

Perhaps naval anchorage is undervalued and an area of jenuine buyers
Can someone also mention current property rates for each of these societies? That will greatly help people like me to get a comparative idea. Thanks
